For weekend private events and weddings, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance. Bar nights and weekday events often have more flexibility. That said, we do occasionally have last-minute availability — always worth a quick message to check.
Yes — a deposit secures your date, with the balance due the day of the event. Exact terms are laid out in your custom quote, so you'll know what to expect before you commit to anything.
Everything. We bring the PA, wired mics, a performer-facing lyric monitor, and the KaraFun Pro platform with 50,000+ songs. If your venue has a TV, we can also wirelessly mirror the lyrics to it via HDMI. Your guests request songs live from their phones. Antares Auto-Tune vocal processing is included — guests can go natural or go full T-Pain. You just provide the venue and the crowd.
Auto-Tune is professional pitch-correction software used on virtually every major pop recording. We use the industry-standard Antares version, and — unlike most karaoke hosts — we detect the actual key of each song via KaraFun and match the effect precisely. In soft mode, singers sound noticeably better without knowing why. In hard mode (the T-Pain effect), it becomes a crowd-pleaser moment. Either way, nobody sounds bad.
Yes — we serve all of the Texas Hill Country and greater Austin metro, including Marble Falls, Dripping Springs, Fredericksburg, Horseshoe Bay, Georgetown, and beyond. Send us your location and we'll give you a straight answer.
Absolutely — it's one of our most popular setups. We can alternate between DJ sets and karaoke rotations seamlessly, keeping energy up in both modes. Great for bar nights where you want variety, or private parties where not everyone wants to sing the whole time.
Through their phones — no app download required. KaraFun generates a QR code or shareable link at each event. Guests scan it, browse the 50,000+ song catalog, and submit their request directly to the queue. They can see their place in the rotation in real time. It's fast, modern, and way more fun than paper slips.
We typically need a 6×8 ft table or stage area for the DJ/karaoke rig and a power outlet — the lyric monitor sits on the performer's stand, no wall or screen space required. If your venue has a TV, we can wirelessly mirror the lyrics to it via HDMI. We arrive 60–90 minutes before showtime to set up and sound-check.
